The Apprentice is moving to Mondays
With The Office and My Name is Early occupying The Apprentice’s former time slot on Thursday evenings and performing well there, Donald Trump’s series has no choice but to move. And move it will: For its fifth season, the series is heading to Mondays.
When The Apprentice 5 debuts on Feb. 27, it will air at 9 p.m. ET on Monday evenings. There, it will be paired with Deal or No Deal, which NBC apparently plans to air at least weekly, although not yet quite as frequently as ABC’s Who Wants to be Annoyed at How Often We Air This Show.
NBC’s Kevin “Reilly said he hoped the match between ‘Deal or No Deal’ and ‘The Apprentice’ would reinvigorate ‘The Apprentice’ starring Donald Trump,” The New York Times reports

I think Randall follows Trump's rule. Rebecca has criticized him as being "think too much" and "lack of creativity" before. According to Trump's lesson, one should never hire someone without loyalty...so Randall was correct for not to hire her.

I follow this show very closely as well. For the last season, there was no doubt that Randall would be the apprentice. However, I was kind of disappointed as how he answered Donald question about hiring Rebecca. Nonetheless, Rebecca is only 23 and she has great potential in the future.

The Apprentice 5
The Apprentice 5 is the fifth series of The Apprentice, with Donald Trump as the Executive Producer and Host. Applications were available online [1] (as in previous episodes) and filming is scheduled for the summer or fall of 2005. The show should be aired in the spring season of 2006; however, this the exact dates are yet to be disclosed by NBC because of the network's coverage of the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Turin. Also, with the announcement that the network is moving My Name Is Earl and The Office to The Apprentice's timeslot in January 2006, the show could be moving to a new timeslot for the first time since The Apprentice 1. Furthermore, producer Mark Burnett Productions and international rightsholder RTL Group may also determine the time slot, prohibiting the show to be positioned against other MBP or RTL shows, such as Burnett's Survivor or RTL's American Idol.
One thing that is known about series five is that Jack McConnell, the First Minister of Scotland, makes an appearance in one of the episodes, in which Trump (allegedly) declares that if McConnell were to appear on his show, he would win.
It was also confirmed by a Web site that General Motors will promote the new 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe on the show; newswires in Youngstown, Ohio, mentioned that eleven Chevrolet National Dealer Council members will judge the marketing of the two teams of the new truck.
