This is the only way he can get the media focus. [/quote] why not? he needs to make a living as well. the magazine revenue is all based on ad feesand the fee is based on sales volume. The cost of magazine can be covered by the ad fees. For 洪'case, he has no "formal" commercial value already. if several magazines raised a sum of money, say for example $100K, it should be good money for 洪 already. 洪 is not dumb. he knows how much he is worth. For the $100K, shared by 2 magazines, it is just $50K, which is small money, and they can increase sales, drawing many people to seethe video clip.  So $50K is totally worth the risk for the magazine editor, consider that $50K is just equal to 1 small ad in a page.  And for 洪, $100K is just the beginning, he can star himself in part 2, say getting lousy in another public area to get another easy $100K.  The magazines in hk are getting rather dirty, they will do whatever to boost sales. So i can't rule out the fact that they are making up a story here. Also, with this incident, 洪 could also draw the sympathy of his ex to get more financial support; otherwise, he will continue to be "crazy" and tell the press for more lousy "stories" about their past love life.   So, in his ex's case, even $1M is small money, and she does not want trouble... So, even he has self-respect, but knowing that he has zero commercial value, it may not be impossible for him to fake the story. Another support is that, if you read another posting here, 3 months ago, he was still normal.... so it is bit difficult to believe that he is not faking... So my point is, Bee is nice to show sympathy, but expressing too much sympathy and showing it to the wrong erson may not be a good thing.  There are too many cheaters in the commercial world and we have to be smart with that. Then when he broke up, he tried to blackmail her for money.  Basically, he is a loose cannon and he appears to be. He has been too lousy.
