China will have to reform the stock market by introducing Futures trading (April to July, not decided yet on the exact date), which includes Short selling and that I believe the Chinese people have no experience to handle that in the introduction period. The Ashares market has been overbought and every excuse could be a reson to cause a sell-off. In addition, the investors in China are too into technicals which it is easy to trigger a panic sell situation. Second point is, there is too much hope in the china market, and April will be the annual results reporting period. Should be results fail market expectation, this will also upset the market.6H)
I believe these are the triggers for a major market correct.
As for US, people are predicting when the FED will cut rate, however, the economic does not really justify a rate cut. In turn, if Fed decides to raise rate or further delay cut, this will also upset the market.T<LU
