Please refer to more details  ... [/quote] nlut lives in Canada, not Hong Kong.   I think there should be extension of time to file your income tax return in Canada. On the page entitled “ Refund or Balance Owing” in the blank space under the section “ Direct Deposit- Start or Change”, put down: “ Since I moved without informing my financial institution, some T5’s are probably lost in the mail. This is only a PRELIMINARY return. When I get duplicate T5’s , I will submit a supplementary/revised return to CCRA”. Xerox your return and keep a copy for your own records. Supplementary/revised forms available in CCRA office, Toronto.
