Look at it this way, ”玄學“ is like the film making industry. Film are catergorize into different sector, mostly lead by the more "Commercial Value" one. The so call "Artistic Value" one are always the minority and lastly the "Inbetween" one.
Well "Commercial Film" are mostly popcorn entertainment, the "Artistic Film" mostly are too complicated and put us to sleep. The "Inbetween Film" mostly have more social value but do not make money, but what it does is, it will educate us. The public know about the "Commercial Value" film, mostly due to the business and marketing method and of cause the publicity funding and backing they have.
Everyone can go to any 711 and buy a Fengshui book, immediately they know "What" and "Where" to put at home to change their luck. Truth or Not becomes another issue altogether. Ask the bookshop how many "周易”they sold this year, and have many "MLL" or "SMF" fengshui book they sold "This Month"?? They created so much Public Awareness that they can even have their own exhibition. Why?? Because to the public, "They" are willing to share with them the so call method of changing one's luck. Few dollars to change your luck? Why not?
Its also the main reason why "Macintosh" computer manage to surface after so many years. Did they adopted "Windows"?? No. They adopted "Intel" but still keep their "OS" platform. Which is generally more stable and robust. But how many user "KNOW"?
We can sit here and wind whole day about all the "Commercial Value" fengshui until the so call "Truth" are willing to make another step forward. That is to repackage and educate the public. |
